Started as Hodek Engineering Works Private Ltd Machining parts supply to Cummins.
1980
Collaboration with Holset UK for Viscous Vibration Damper Technologies.
1985
Started own Rubber damper production with 3 lines.
1995
Formed own R&D setup Facilitating design, development Testing and validation of rubber and Viscous dampers.
2000
- Hodek’s 1st step in global market with start supplies to Cummins USA.
- Reorganized as Hodek vibration Technologies Pvt Ltd wide spreading the market share in India and abroad.
2011
Acquisition of AMBA Foundry.
2013
To reach and spread globally, commissioning of new facility at Dharwad .
2017
Started Machining Plant at Belgaum. Started First Export Dispatch from Dharwad Plant.
