These are serviceable types of dampers, the housing and cover are joined through-bolts to form a robust and leak-proof joint. These dampers have the advantage of serviceability after periodic use and can reduce the overall cost of the engine in due course of running. These dampers are generally used on higher engine ratings and across all engine applications.
